Last night at Warehouse Live Devin the Dude and Juicy J co-headlined one of the most entertaining and enjoyable shows I have covered since I started SCKNOWS a little over 2 years ago. The suprising thing about a show like this is that there were no openers, there were 2 people that came out and performed one song but I really don’t count that. After about 2 hours of waiting and multiple Hennesseys; Devin the Dude hit the stage to run through a myriad of hits from his career including the always popular “Fuck You” and “Doobie Ashtray,” I always love seeing Devin perform because he really embodies the old school aesthetic that is missing from a lot of artists these days. After an extensive set from Devin; Juicy J graced the stage a little after midnight for one of the most amazing performances I have ever seen from an artist. For a man that has been doing this for over 20 years, you would never know it if you’re in the crowd at one of his shows. The Memphis native started his set with my personal favorite “Zip and a Double Cup” and ran through hits from his mixtapes, features, and classic 36 Mafia cuts at a blistering pace while making sure to stop every couple minutes to make sure that the crowd could catch up. About half way through the show, Juicy stopped the show to bring as many ladies on stage as he possibly could which led to one of the most memorable concert moments in recent memory after I watched the magnitude of unadulterated ratchetness that was going on. Honestly,  out of all of the pictures here, none of them can really capture what I saw at that moment so make sure you check back on Monday for the video of the show. You do NOT want to miss this one, now peep all the pics below.
